Flydoo came out of a pattern Agifly kept running into. The software Agifly builds does not sit beside a client’s business — it sits inside it, embedded in the processes people use every day. And at the centre of those processes, in almost every company, there is an ERP.

Peter Holemans had spent more than thirty years in business processes and ERP, much of it around Oracle. Hugo Willems had spent more than thirty years leading ERP transformations in larger corporate environments, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing. Both had been watching Odoo change. In their assessment it had become a platform capable of carrying not just small companies but substantial SMEs and larger organisations — provided the implementation started from processes rather than from a module list.

Flydoo exists to do it that way round. Understand how the company actually works. Map the processes. Then decide what belongs in Odoo, what should be automated, what genuinely benefits from AI, and what should stay with people.
