Full-time on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant with a focus on Supply Chain, Sales and Accounting, located in Brussels. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing client requirements, facilitating workshops, configuring Odoo ERP modules, and providing training and support to end users.
Senior Odoo Technical Developer
Join our technical practice and lead the development of robust, upgrade-safe Odoo customisations for European clients across multiple industries.
Role description
You will design and implement custom Odoo modules, integrations, and data migrations for medium-to-large clients. Working closely with our functional consultants, you act as technical lead on projects: scoping developments, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and guaranteeing maintainability over multiple Odoo upgrades.
Odoo Project Manager

As Project Manager you own delivery of multi-stream Odoo programmes: from kick-off through go-live and hypercare. You coordinate functional and technical consultants, manage client stakeholders, control scope and budget, and report transparently on risks and progress. You apply Flydoo's structured methodology while staying pragmatic about the realities of each client.
Junior Functional Consultant — Graduate Program
Kick off your consulting career inside Flydoo's structured graduate program: hands-on training on Odoo, real client exposure from day one, and a clear growth path mentored by senior consultants.
Role description
Over your first 12 months you alternate between Odoo functional training (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR), shadowing on live projects, and progressively taking ownership of configuration topics under the guidance of a senior mentor. By the end of the program you are ready to lead workshops and small functional streams on your own.
Business Development Representative — Odoo Solutions
Help organisations across BeNeLux discover what a well-run Odoo practice can do for them. As BDR you are the first contact between Flydoo and prospective clients.
Role description
You build and qualify a pipeline of mid-market and large prospects interested in Odoo. You run discovery calls, articulate Flydoo's positioning, coordinate scoping sessions with our consultants, and follow opportunities until proposal stage. You work closely with our partners and marketing team and feed market insights back into our content roadmap.
